For Father's D

ay this year,
John had been asking for a Lazy Boy. So on the Friday before Father's Day, I was able to take
John to the Lazy Boy store and he had a lot of fun picking out his own chair.
On the morning of Fathers Day we ate breakfast at home, played some, and then headed to
Ryans in
Simpsonville to meet the
Sizemore side for lunch. We were the first to arrive so we headed inside to wait for the others, who were soon to follow. We all headed towards the back to get a large table and enjoyed lunch. As the kids were starting to finish eating, they thought they would give out the

ir gifts. As a group we had gotten Daddy a ride on the Banana Boat when we made our trip down to Charleston. In order to symbolize the ride

, Leslie was able to pick up a cute boat and attach a banana behind it. Next Emily gave Daddy her gift. It was a bird house John made and Emily had painted. She was very proud of it and i

t seemed to be a hit. She also gave him a digital picture
frame that was from us Jefferson. Since we had been very lucky with the little ones, we decided not to push our luck and head on home. That afternoon, the five of us headed to the pool for a very nice swim before dinner.
